The inner
garbage tanker adopts full stainless steel material with the volume of
5.5cbm, and the water tanker adopts full stainless steel material with the
volume of 2.5cbm(2500L water), 6 sets of sprayers and 4 sets of sweeping
disc, Yuchai or Cummins 140hp 4 cylinders engine as the auxiliary engine, with fans and sweeping system, etc. And the
hydraulic and electronic –control system is installed at the driver cab, etc.
All the electronic controlling system can be realized at the driver cab. (And
the volume of water tanker and garbage tanker can be designed according to
customer’ requirements.)
And also there will be sucking dust hose
installed at the sweeper truck for sucking or sweeping the Crusher of soft
sand from wellhead Celler or Saver pit with depth 3-4m.

Functions of the sweeper trucks,
1, 4 sets of sweeper discs co-work with the sucking
disc realize perfect sweeping and sucking ability; the sweepers of the two
sides can work together or single side work and the cleaning device with simple
and reliable structure;

sweeping speed: 5-20 km/h; sweeping ability: 9000-60000㎡/h’ max sucking mesh size: 120mm; oil consumption＜3.5L/10,000cbm.
3, The special devices of the sweeper truck: full stainless steel wastes van and clean water tanker; Italian
original imported hydraulic pump; German imported solenoid hydraulic

4, And the sweeping system is driven by the auxiliary
engine, nothing to do with the whole truck power. And the operation box is at
the driver cab, centralized control every electronic system with easy
operation; computer designed overlook, etc.
5, The sweeper truck is made up of the second type
truck chassis, auxiliary engine, fan, solenoid hydraulic control valve, wastes
van, water tanker, sucking disc, sweepers, water spraying system, hydraulic
